THE SPACE:
Inside you will find two generous bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, sparkling bathrooms, and a spacious living area with access to an inviting outdoor deck. There are two generous bedrooms that both share the adjoining ensuite bath which comes stocked with quality amenities and plenty of soft fluffy towels. An additional second full bathroom is only down the hall that features a relaxing indoor jacuzzi bath tub, a separate glass shower, and his and her vanity so everyone has their own space. THE AREA:

OCCUPANCY:
This unit allows 4 overnight guests (up to 5 total with fee/host’s approval. Feel free to have guests over, however, in compliance with the city regulations, there cannot be more than 5 people overnight the unit at any given time. Over occupancy may result in eviction.
PARKING:
There is free gated parking in the driveway. Residential parking on this street requires adherence to both metered and permit regulations as indicated by signage. Kindly ensure compliance to avoid any potential parking violations. Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for any incurred parking tickets.
GATHERINGS:
We know you are coming to Detroit to have a good time, but out of respect to the other tenants and neighbors, this property has a strict “No Party” policy.
QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.
SMOKING:
Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your apartment during your reservation period.
MINIMUM AGE:
Guests named on the reservation must be 18 years or older. By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
Check-in time is at or after 4pm and check-out time is prior to or at 11am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply.
SECURITY:
For security reasons, there are audio/video recording cameras in the common areas of the building and outside of the building. There are no recording devices inside the unit.
Please note that any house rules violation will incur an additional $150 penalty charge.
Drug and Substance Policy
At Great Stays, we are committed to ensuring the safety and comfort of all our guests. To maintain a secure and enjoyable environment, we have established the following policy regarding drugs, alcohol, and tobacco:
1. Illegal Drugs:
Absolutely no illegal drugs are permitted in the unit or on the premises. Any evidence of illegal drug use or possession will be reported to the Online Travel Agency (OTA), the local
police, and may lead to immediate eviction without refund.
2. Legal Substances in Michigan:
In the state of Michigan, alcohol, marijuana, and tobacco are legal substances. However, their use on our property is subject to the following conditions:
* Alcohol: Guests may consume alcohol within the unit or on the premises, provided it is done responsibly and without disturbing other guests.
* Marijuana: Smoking or vaping marijuana is strictly prohibited inside the unit. Guests may only use marijuana in designated smoking areas on the property.
* Tobacco: Smoking or vaping tobacco is strictly prohibited inside the unit. Cigarettes may only be smoked in designated smoking areas on the property.
3. Non-Compliance:
Failure to comply with this policy will result in immediate action, which may include eviction, reporting to the OTA, and notification to local authorities.

The house is located within the hottest location in beautiful Brush Park and is easily walkable to all the major sports stadiums, hot spots in Downtown and Midtown and is only 2 blocks off the Q Line making it easy to get to where you need to be.
Just a 15 minute walk away is The Eastern Market, a huge marketplace with local foods, art, jewelry, artisan crafts, and more with three different market days: Saturdays, Sundays, and Tuesdays.
The Dequindre Cut Greenway is a two-mile urban recreational path that offers a walkway between the East Riverfront, the Eastern Market, and several residential neighborhoods in between. Along the path, you’ll find all kinds of street art, as well as buskers in the summer. It’s a nice place to walk or jog and take in the city.
Sports fans will love being surrounded by the top stadiums in Detroit with Little Caesars Arena, Comerica Park and Ford Field all right on your doorstep.
Art and music enthusiasts are also well located to enjoy Detroit’s vibrant culture with the Fox Theatre, Music Hall and the Opera House just a few minutes’ walk away so you can leave the car behind, relax and not have to worry about parking.
Along with these great venues, the home is surrounded by some of the best bars, cafes and restaurants as well as grocery stores, markets and convenience stores where you can stock up on all the essentials and have everything you could need.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-five percent (95.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 1 day prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 1 day prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
