With its convenient location and modern amenities, our condo is the perfect base for your Detroit adventure!

THE SPACE:
Inside you will find a generous bedroom with king bed, a fully equipped kitchen, sparkling bathroom, and a spacious living area and you are walkable to all of the downtown area. The bedroom has huge closet for clothing storage and you are provided with quality amenities and plenty of soft fluffy towels. If you are looking to be walkable to Detroit’s best hot spots and top venues, look no further than this stylish, well-appointed apartment for your next trip to the city!

THE AREA:
We are more than happy to offer our recommendations about the local area and answer any questions you have about the unit or the complex itself. You can reach us through the Airbnb conversation thread, or you can speak to our full time Guest Experience Team.

OCCUPANCY:
This unit allows 4 overnight guests. Over occupancy may result in eviction.

PARKING:
Parking is not included though there is nearby garage parking, paid street parking, and free street parking nearby. Guests are to follow all signage and local parking laws, Great Stays is not responsible for any tickets or lost or stolen items.

GATHERINGS:
We know you are coming to Detroit to have a good time, but out of respect to the other tenants and neighbors, this property has a strict “No Party” policy.

QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.

SMOKING:
No smoking on the property grounds, please walk to the alley behind the building. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your apartment during your reservation period. Additionally, per the HOA there is no smoking allowed on the premises either as it easily circulates into the other units. Any smoking must be done off the property either on the sidewalk or in the back alley.

MINIMUM AGE:
Guests named on the reservation must be 18 years or older. By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and have additional fees.

SECURITY:
For your peace of mind, we have implemented several security measures. This includes the installation of audio/video recording cameras in shared areas within and surrounding the building. Please note that these are only for the safety of all residents and visitors. Additionally, we have noise monitoring and smoke detection devices within the unit. These devices are designed solely to measure sound levels and do not record any activity. Your privacy and safety are our top priorities.

Please note that any house rules violation will incur an additional $150 penalty charge.

Security Cameras: For your safety and security, we have cameras monitoring the exterior of the property and common areas. Please note that there are no recording devices inside the property.

NOTE: The washer and dryer are currently available for guest use.

Drug and Substance Policy

At Great Stays, we are committed to ensuring the safety and comfort of all our guests. To maintain a secure and enjoyable environment, we have established the following policy regarding drugs, alcohol, and tobacco:

1. Illegal Drugs:
Absolutely no illegal drugs are permitted in the unit or on the premises. Any evidence of illegal drug use or possession will be reported to the Online Travel Agency (OTA), the local
police, and may lead to immediate eviction without refund.

2. Legal Substances in Michigan:
In the state of Michigan, alcohol, marijuana, and tobacco are legal substances. However, their use on our property is subject to the following conditions:
* Alcohol: Guests may consume alcohol within the unit or on the premises, provided it is done responsibly and without disturbing other guests.
* Marijuana: Smoking or vaping marijuana is strictly prohibited inside the unit. Guests may only use marijuana in designated smoking areas on the property.
* Tobacco: Smoking or vaping tobacco is strictly prohibited inside the unit. Cigarettes may only be smoked in designated smoking areas on the property.

3. Non-Compliance:
Failure to comply with this policy will result in immediate action, which may include eviction, reporting to the OTA, and notification to local authorities.

Although this condo is loaded with creature comforts, we recommend you get out and explore Detroit’s many local cultural attractions including the Detroit Institute of Arts, Detroit Symphony Orchestra, Contemporary Art Museum, Eastern Market, Little Caesars Arena, Comerica Park, Ford Field, and our award winning Detroit Riverfront, all of which are walking distance from this location. And just because the sun goes down doesn’t mean you can’t continue your adventure with the added confidence of 24-hour vehicle patrolled security throughout Brush Park.

If Detroit’s renown culinary scene is more your flavor we strongly recommend you begin each day at For The Love of Sugar and Saucy Coffee, both only a block away. If an evening out is on your agenda take a moment to enjoy the many spectacular sunsets that accompany this western facing unit and then walk one block over to Bar Pigalle, Grey Ghost and Bakersfield; some of our favorite restaurants. Also next door is Second Best, one of the best bars in the city!

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-five percent (95.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 1 day prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 1 day prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
